Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw white spandex with nylon yarn, because nylon is more easily to be dyed than spandex, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the finished elastic tape or band.

 

Winding the raw white nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving or knitting machine to feed the warp yarns into the elastic tape.

  

Weaving or knitting the greige of the elastic tape with raw white nylon yarn and inside covered or raw spandex yarn. Considering the shrinkage in dyeing and finishing process, the greige width should be made a bit wider than the setted width of finished elastic tape.
 

Dyeing and ironing the elastic tape and lace trim on the continuous dyeing and finishing lines. The softer agent, levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow or color fixing agent will be used in this process according to request.
  

Inspecting the dyed and finished elastic tapes by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Then pack them into layered bale or spool wrapped with waterproof bags.
 

Load the spool or layered bale of elastic straps into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks. Our elastics and lace trims are widely used for bra, underwear, lingerie, diaper, shoes, headwear, masks, gift ornaments, DIY items and so on.
