Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed and finished fold over elastic bands.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the shiny fold over elastic bands.

 

Weaving the greige of the satin face fold over elastics made of polished nylon and covered spandex. Considering the expected widthwise shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige should be made a bit wider than the finished fold over elastics.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of nylon spandex fold over elastics by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process when necessary.

 

Manually silk screen printed the logo or patterns on the dyed fold over elastics which has much better effects than machine printing, then dry the prints automatically.
 

Inspect and pack the printed elastic by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards pieces will be eliminated during this process.
 

Packing the inspected printing fold over elastics into spool or layered bale, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
