Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed and printed elastic band.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the elastic bands.
 

Weaving the greige of the elastic bands made of nylon and covered spandex in raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige should be made a bit wider than the finished elastic band or webbing.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of nylon spandex elastic tape or band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process when necessary.
 

Then coat or print the silicone dot, stripe, custom logo or patterns on the dyed elastic band or webbing.
 

Inspect and pack the silicone printed elastic by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards pieces will be eliminated during this process. Packing the quality printed elastics into spool or layered bale, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
