Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw rubber with raw white or dyed polyester yarn, so to avoid rubber exposure when stretch the finished polyester rubber elastic band.

   

Winding the covered rubber yarn and predyed polyester yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the woven elastic webbing or band.
 

Weaving the greige of the elastic bands with covered rubber and raw white or dyed polyester warp yarns and polyester weft yarns. Considering the widthwise shrinkage in ironing and finishing process, the greige should be made a bit wider than the finished elastic bands.
 

Ironing and finishing the woven polyester rubber bands by fusing machine or on continuous dyeing and finishing lines. The softer agent, levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow or color fixing agent can be used in this process when necessary.
 

Inspecting the dyed and finished metallic elastic bands by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Then roll it into spool or festoon it into bale wrapped with waterproof bags. Then load the spool or layered bale into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
