Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with raw white nylon yarn, because nylon is more dyeable than spandex, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed woven elastics.

 

Winding the covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the woven elastic tape or band.

  

Weaving the greige of the elastic tapes with raw white nylon and covered spandex warp yarn and nylon weft yarn. Considering the widthwise shrinkage in dyeing and ironing process, the greige should be made a bit wider than the dyed and finished woven elastics.
 

Dyeing and ironing the woven elastics on the continuous dyeing and finishing lines. The softer agent, levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow or color fixing agent can be used in this process when necessary.
 

Inspecting the dyed underwear elastics by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Then roll it into spool or festoon it into bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
