Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with raw white nylon yarn, because nylon is more dyeable than spandex, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed metallic elastic band.
Winding the covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the metallic elastic webbing or band.
Weaving the greige of the metallic elastic bands with raw white covered spandex and metallic polyester warp yarns and nylon weft yarns. Considering the widthwise shrinkage in dyeing and ironing process, the greige should be made a bit wider than the finished elastic bands.
Dyeing and ironing the woven metallic elastics on the continuous dyeing and finishing lines. The softer agent, levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow or color fixing agent can be used in this process when necessary.
Inspecting the dyed and finished metallic elastic bands by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Then roll it into spool or festoon it into bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
Load the spool or layered bale into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks. Our ELASTIC and LACE TRIM are widely used for bra, briefs, boxer or other kinds of underwears & lingeries, diapers, shoes, headwears, masks, gift ornaments, DIY items and so forth.
