Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, which is relatively more easy to be dyed than spandex, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed embossed elastic band.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming elastic band.

 

Weaving the greige of the jacquard embossed elastic band made of nylon and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and setting process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the dyed elastic band.

 

Dyeing the greige of embossed elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine, then ironing the dyed elastic by fusing machine when necessary to get more consistent dimension. 
 

Inspecting the embossed jacquard elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the jacquard embossed elastic into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
