Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw white spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the finished binding elastic.

 

Winding the raw white or predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the woven elastic binding tape.

 

Weaving the greige of the soft thick binding elastic with raw white or predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex yarn.
 

Ironing the greige of soft thick elastic binding tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine or ironing machine. The softer agent or stiffer agent can be added in this process.
 

Inspecting the ironed thick and soft elastic binding tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

 

Packing the 1inch (26MM) elastic binding tape into cardboard or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
 

Load the cardboard or layered bale of 26MM large elongation soft thick elastic binding tapes into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
