1. No less than 130% elongation (10:23) which is ideal for tieing up the hair.
2. 140D covered spandex inside which is two times thicker than the competitors'.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality consistency between the confirmed sample and bulk goods?
A: We seal the confirmed sample with our factories to make sure yarn counts and specifications, weft density and picks per inch, stretchness and elongation, fastness of color and printing, texture and handfeel and so on of the bulk goods are the same as those of the confirmed sample. We also accept authorized third party inspection before shipment.
Manufacturing ProcessesCovering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic knotted hair band.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the satin face elastic.Weaving the greige of the fold over satin face elastic or flat satin face elastic with polished weft nylon yarn in dyeable raw white color.
