Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the jacquard woven elastic.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming embroidery elastic webbing.

 

Weaving the greige of the brand name elastic band using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard elastic band.

 

Setting and ironing the greige of branded logo elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine and fusing machine. 
 

Inspecting the woven jacquard elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the jacquard brand label elastic into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
