Manufacturing Processes

 

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic band.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the decorative elastic band.

 

Weaving the greige of the decorative elastic band in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished woven elastic band.
 

Dyeing the raw white elastic band greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed decorative elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the woven decorative elastic band into spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
