Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the jacquard elastic webbing.

  

Winding the pre dyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard elastic webbing.
 

Weaving the greige of the jacquard elastic band using predyed polyester yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard elastic band.

 

Setting and ironing the greige of rabbit design jacquard elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. 
 

Inspecting the woven jacquard elastic by narrow fabric folding machine, then festooned the inspected jacquard elastic into layered bale with waterproof bag.
 

Load the bale of jacquard elastic into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
