Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the finished embroidered elastic webbing.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming embroidery elastic webbing.

 

Weaving the greige of the patterning elastic webbing using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished patterning or wording elastic webbing.

 

Setting and ironing the greige of two-sided patterned or logo elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine and fusing machine. 
 

Inspecting the patterned elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the branded elastics into bale or spool with waterproof bags, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
