Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed underwear belt.

 

This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming elastic brace belt.
 

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex shiny face underwear belt in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of underwear elastic belt by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. Then ironing the dyed elastic by fusing machine to make it more flat and straight.
 

Inspecting the 13MM underwear belt by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
