Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, which can be easily dyed, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the printed elastic neck tape.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the raw white woven elastic neck binding tapes.

 

Weaving the greige of the elastic neck tape made of nylon and covered spandex for dyeing and silkscreen printing. Considering the widthwise shrinkage during dyeing and ironning process, the greige should be made a bit wider, to be exact 11mm, than the finished elastic neck tapes.

 

Dyeing into specified color the raw white greige of nylon spandex woven elastic tapes by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process when necessary.

 

Manually silk-screen printing the dyed and shrunk nylon spandex elastic tapes which has much better effects than machine printing. We can also print the elastic tapes on the automatic lines by machine with lower prices.

  

Inspect the printed elastic neck tapes by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards pieces will be eliminated during this process. Then pack them into roll or layered bale and load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
