FAQ
Q: How to buy the bulk goods from you after we confirm the quality and price?
A: For first cooperation, we will issue the order from Made-in-China(MIC) platform according to all the details confirmed between us, then you will get an email from MIC with payment instructions. We will prepare the raw material and set up the machine upon your payment is confirmed by MIC. We can not get the payment until you receive the goods and confirm the quality. For cooperation after the first order, you can keep using MIC platform or directly pay by T/T(wire transfer) to our company's bank account.
Q: Can I get a sample before order from you?
A: Yes, all our readymade samples are free only if you agree to bear USD25~USD30 which is part of the courier freight, and will be returned in your first bulk order if meet the MOQ.
Q: What's the MOQ of your shiny face printed stretch tie?
A: 20000 pieces of each shipment if the greige is not available and need to be freshly produced, otherwise any quantity is okay.
Q: What's your sample leadtime for a new developing?
A: 3~5 days.
Q: What's your sample charge for a new developing?
A: USD30 of each logo or pattern, and will be returned in your first bulk order if meet the MOQ.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality consistency between the confirmed sample and bulk goods?
A: We seal the confirmed sample with our manufacturing department to make sure yarn counts and specifications, weft density and picks per inch, stretchness and elongation, fastness of color and printing, texture and handfeel and so on of the bulk goods are the same as those of the confirmed sample. We also accept authorized third party inspection before shipment.
Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, because raw spandex is too thin and smooth, it will be thicker and less smooth after being covered by polyester yarn, which will make the woven structure more stable.
Winding the polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the shiny face fold over elastic.
Weaving the greige of shiny face fold over elastic with polished weft polyester yarn in raw white color.
Preshrinking and Ironning the raw white greige of shiny face fold over elastic through water and hot steam by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The detergent and anti-yellow agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the finished shiny face fold over elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Width, thickness, density, flatness, tidiness, stretchness, elongation, metals and so on, will be carefully checked and inspected at this process.
Printing the logo or patterns on the paper by odor free thermal transfer ink, then transfer them to the shiny surface of fold over elastic through high temperature.
Hot sealed cutting, hand knotting and packing the sublimation printed stretch hair tie by plain or printed cardboard, small or big PP bag. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
