Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the letter monogram pattern jacquard elastic webbing.

  

Winding the predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming monogram letter pattern jacquard elastic.
