Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed sheen plush bra strap webbing.

 

This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming bra strap webbing.

Dyeing the raw white greige of elastic bra strap webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. Then ironing the dyed elastic bra strap webbing by fusing machine to make it more flat and straight.
