Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic bra strap.

 

This is the dyeable covered spandex yarn, outside is nylon yarn and inside is raw spandex yarn.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the elastic strap.
 

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex elastic bra strap in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white elastic strap greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed bra strap by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the elastic bra strap into layered bale or rolled spool with waterproof bags.
 

Load the bra strap spool or bale into strong export cartons.
