Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed lace elastic.
 

Winding the covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel to the textile crochet loom to feed the covered spandex as inside elastic warp yarns of the lace elastic.
 

Knitting the greige of the nylon spandex lace elastic by textile crochet looms.

 

Dyeing the raw white lace elastic greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent, anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

 

Inspecting the dyed lace elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the lace elastic into layered bale with waterproof bags, then load the lace elastic bale into strong export cartons.
