Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed elastic band.
 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the elastic band.
 

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex elastic band in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white elastic band greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the elastic band into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 

Load the elastic band spool or layered bale into strong export cartons.
