Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with colored polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the stripy elastic webbing after being woven and finished.

 

Winding the predyed polyester yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns to the webbing.

 

Weaving the greige of the stripy elastic webbing with predyed polyester yarns. Considering the expected shrinkage during ironing process, the greige width should be made a bit wider.
 

Ironing the stripy elastic webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent can be used in this process for piece dyed elastics, and detergent can be used for yarn predyed elastics.

 

Inspecting the yarn predyed and shrunk elastic webbing, then pack it by narrow fabric folding machine and metal detectors. Color accuracy, flatness and tidiness, dimension and size, elongation and metal detecting will be checked in this process.

 

Packing the elastic webbing into layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
