Manufacturing Processes of knitted fancy tooth loop edge elastic.

Winding the raw spandex from small size cone to large size metal reel (cone to hank), which is called warping, so each spandex yarn gets almost the same tension, then can be feed into the forming loop tooth edge elastics in knitting process to make sure each elastic greige has the same stretchness, so to avoid curve or uneven on the greige.

 

Put the nylon cones onto the creels of the narrow fabric crochet knitting looms before setting the technique process. Generally, no need to warping the nylon yarns for knitted loop edge elastics because each knitting loom is equipped with enough creels to hang the yarn cones.

 

Knitting the greige of loop tooth edge elastics using raw white nylon yarns and spandex yarns, considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing or ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished elastics.
 

Dyeing and ironing the greige of knitted tooth loop edge elastics by continuous dyeing and finishing machine or by fusing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process when necessary.
 

Inspecting the dyed and ironned tooth loop edge elastics by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. 
 

Packing the dyed nylon spandex fancy loop edge elastics into spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
