Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed stripe elastic band.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns.

 

Weaving the greige of the stripy elastic webbing with dyeable raw white background color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and ironing process, the greige width should be made a bit wider.
 

Ironing the striped elastic band by fusing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent can be used in dyeing process before ironing.
 

Inspecting the dyed and shrunk elastic band, then pack it by narrow fabric folding machine and metal detectors. Color accuracy, flatness and tidiness, dimension and size, elongation and metal detecting will be checked in this process.

 

Packing the elastic band into layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
