Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed fold over elastic.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the centre fold elastic.
 

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex fold over elastic ribbon with shiny weft yarn in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of elastic folded ribbon by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the V type elastic ribbon by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the center fold satin finished elastic into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
 

Load the spool or layered bale of center foldable shiny face elastic into strong export cartons.
