Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed centre fold binding elastic tape.
 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the 13MM binding elastic tape.
 

Weaving the greige of the nylon spandex center foldable binding elastic tape with shiny weft yarn in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of 1/2 inch center fold elastic binding tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed elastic binding tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the center fold satin faced binding elastic into spool or layered bale with waterproof bags.
