Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the pre fold line elastic.
 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the pre folded elastic.
 

Weaving the greige of the pre fold nylon spandex elastic tape with matte weft yarn in dyeable raw white color.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of matte faced foldover elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed over folding elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the prefold elastic tape into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
