Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with polyamide PA nylon yarn, because nylon is more dyeable than spandex, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed tatting elastic band.

 

Winding the polyamide yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the tatting elastic band.

 

Weaving the greige of the 3CM sturdy tatting elastic band with raw white polyamide PA warp yarn, nylon or polyester weft yarn and inside covered spandex yarn. Considering the shrinkage in ironing process, the greige width should be made 31.5MM to 32MM.

 

Dyeing and ironing the 3CM sturdy tatting elastic band on the continuous dyeing and finishing lines. The softer agent, levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow or color fixing agent will be used in this process according to request.

 

Inspecting the 3CM dyed tatting elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Then roll it into bobbin or festoon it into bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
