Manufacturing Processes
Winding the raw spandex from small size cone to large size metal reel (cone to hank), which is called warping, so each spandex yarn gets almost the same tension, then can be feed into the forming elastic binding tape in knitting process to make sure each knitted elastic greige has the same stretchness, so to avoid curve or uneven.
Put the nylon cones onto the creels of the narrow fabric crochet knitting looms before setting the technique process. Generally, no need to warping the nylon yarns for knitted elastic tapes because each knitting loom is equipped with enough creels to hang the nylon cones.
Producing the greige of knitting structure elastic binding tape using raw white nylon and spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished knitted binding elastic.
Dyeing and ironing the knitted elastic binding tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the dyed knit structure elastic binding tape by fabric folding machine and metal detectors. Basically, the color accuracy, flatness and tidiness, dimension consistency, elongation and elasticity will be checked in this process.
Packing the knitted elastic fabric edge binding tapes into spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
