Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed soft plush center foldable binding elastic.

 

Winding the raw white nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the soft plush fold over binding elastic.

 

Weaving the greige of the soft plush center groove binding elastic with raw white nylon and covered spandex as warp yarns and predyed polyester as weft yarns.
 

Dyeing the greige of soft plush center folded binding elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed soft plush center foldable binding elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.

 

Packing the soft plush center folded elastic binding tape into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
