Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the finished binding elastic.

 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the thin elastic binding tape.
 

Weaving the greige of the thin and soft binding elastic with semi-shiny weft nylon yarn and warp covered spandex yarn in dyeable raw white color. Considering the shrinkage during dyeing and finishing process, the greige shall be made a bit wider.
 

Dyeing the raw white greige of thin binding elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed binding elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the inspected soft binding elastic by cardboard or into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bag.
 

Load the cardboard, spool or layered bale of elastic binding tape into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
