Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed lace webbing.

 

Winding the covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel to the textile crochet loom to feed the covered spandex as inside elastic warp yarns for the lace webbing / band.

 

Knitting the greige of the see through nylon spandex lace band by textile crochet looms.

  

Dyeing the raw white elastic lace webbing by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. Levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the 40MM breathable elastic lace webbing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the 40MM elastic lace webbing into layered bale with waterproof bags, then load the bale into strong export cartons.
