Our 40mm geometric pattern lace elastic is different from the general market items, to be exact:

Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed lace elastic.

 

Winding the covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel to the textile crochet loom to feed the covered spandex as inside elastic warp yarns for the lace elastic.

 

Knitting the greige of the nylon spandex lace waistband by textile crochet looms.

  

Dyeing the raw white lace elastic greige by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. Levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
 

Inspecting the dyed geometric pattern lace elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the 40MM lace elastic into layered bale with waterproof bags, then load the bale into strong export cartons.
