Q: How to buy the bulk goods from you after we confirm the quality and price?
A: For first cooperation, we will issue the order from Made-in-China(MIC) platform according to all the details confirmed between us, then you will get an email from MIC with payment instructions. We will prepare the raw material and set up the machine upon your payment is confirmed by MIC. We can not get the payment until you receive the goods and confirm the quality. For cooperation after the first order, you can keep using MIC platform or directly pay by T/T(wire transfer) to our company's bank account.
Q: Can I get a sample before order from you?
A: Yes, all our readymade samples are free only if you agree to bear USD25~USD30 which is part of the courier freight, and will be returned in your first bulk if meet the MOQ.
Q: What's the MOQ of your shiny face elastic headband?
A: 10000 pieces of each shipment.
Q: What's the MCQ of your shiny face elastic hair tie?
A: 6000 pieces for each specified color, and no MCQ for stocked colors.

Q: How do you guarantee the quality consistency between the confirmed sample and bulk goods?
A: We seal the confirmed sample with our factories to make sure yarn counts and specifications, weft density and picks per inch, stretchness and elongation, fastness of color and/or printing, texture and handfeel and so on of the bulk goods are the same as those of the confirmed samples. Authorized third party inspection before shipment are also welcome.
Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed shiny face fold over elastic for making the knotted headband.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the shiny face fold over elastic (FOE).
Weaving the greige of center foldable satin face elastic band with polished weft nylon yarn in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of satin face fold over elastic by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the dyed satin finished elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Width, thickness, density, flatness, tidiness, stretchness, elongation, color fastness, color levelling, color precision, metals and so on, will be carefully checked and inspected at this process.
Hot sealed cutting, hand knotting and packing the satin face hand knotted elastic headbands by ziplock bag or self-adhesive bag. Then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
