Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the elastic neck tape.
 

Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the neck tape elastic.
 

Weaving the greige of the 10 MM soft elastic neck tape made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing process, the greige size(width) should be 11.5 MM.

 

Dyeing the raw white greige of elastic spandex nylon neck tape into specified colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.

 

Printing and the dyed 10MM elastic spandex nylon neck tape with custom logo or pattern, then drying the printed elastic tape on the printing workbench.

 

Inspecting the printed elastic tape by narrow fabric folding machine. The defective parts and shorter than 5 yards parts will be eliminated during this process.
 

 

Packing the printed elastic tape into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
