Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with polyester yarn, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the finished heather style melange elastic band.

  

Winding the twisted parti-color polyester yarns and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the heather style melange elastic band.
 

Weaving the greige of the moltley heather style melange elastic band by Muller shuttleless looms.
 

Ironing and finishing the yarn predyed elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine, stiffer or softer agent can be used in this process when required.
 

Inspecting the finished heather elastic band by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Packing the melange elastic webbing into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
