Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon or polyester yarn, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the fancy design jacquard fold over elastic.

  

Winding the pre dyed nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard foldover elastic.
 

Weaving the greige of the jacquard fold over elastic band using predyed nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard fold over elastic band.

 

Setting and ironing the greige of fancy animal or cartoon design jacquard fold over elastic band by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. 

 

Inspecting the fancy jacquard fold over elastic by narrow fabric folding machine, then packing it by cardboard, spool or bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
