Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the dyed satin face brushed back thick elastic strap.

  

Winding the polished nylon yarn and covered spandex yarn onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the shuttleless weaving loom to feed the warp yarns into the forming greige of thick elastic strap.
 

Weaving the greige of the satin face brushed back elastic strap made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color.

   

Dyeing and setting the raw white greige of satin face brushed back thick elastic strap by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process. Then ironing, when necessary, the dyed elastic strap by fusing machine to make it more flat.
