Manufacturing Processes

Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn which is easy to be dyed, so to avoid exposing the white spandex when stretch the finished 3D pattern jacquard elastic webbing.

  

Winding the predyed or raw white nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the computerized textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the forming jacquard elastic.

 

Weaving the greige of the 3D logo or pattern jacquard elastic using predyed or raw white nylon yarns and covered spandex. Considering the expected shrinkage during setting and ironing process, the greige width should be a bit wider than that of the finished jacquard elastic band.
 

Dyeing and ironing the greige of 3D logo or pattern elastic stretch webbing by continuous dyeing & finishing machine and fusing machine. 
 

Inspecting the jacquard 3D logo or pattern elastic stretch webbing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
 

Festooned the inspected 3D logo or pattern jacquard elastic band into layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags, then load them into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
