Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed herringbone elastic.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the V type elastic.
Weaving the greige of the fishbone looks nylon spandex elastic in dyeable raw white color.
Dyeing the raw white greige of V type or Y type elastic tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the dyed herringbone elastic neck tape by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
Packing the herringboe elastic neck tape into spool or layered bale, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
