Manufacturing Processes
Covering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed plush back picot edge elastic
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the plush back bud edge elastic.
Weaving the greige of the picot edge plush back elastic made of nylon and spandex in dyeable raw white color. Considering the expected shrinkage during dyeing process, the greige width should be 15MM.
Dyeing the raw white greige of the plush back picot edge elastic into specified colors by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the dyed picot edge plush back elastic webbing by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors.
Packing the picot edge plushy back elastic band into bale or spool, then load into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
